Hello, thank you for this package. I have 2 questions and I hope you can answer them:

• Can we use minipileup on reads generated using Oxford Nanopore technology (long reads)?
• Can we use it to detect variants ?

2. For standard variant calling, deepvariant and clair3 are usually better.
