What do you mean mapped in Evaluation table? #11

Hi,

What do you mean #mapped in Evaluation table. Only those with start and stop codon and without in-frame stop codon were counted or all proteins which have a mapped signal were counted?

It means the latter: all proteins with a mapped signal. The transcript level accuracy is much lower.
