I noticed that there is an option (-D) while running PSMC that says "print full posterior probabilities", but I have not seen any other information about it. If I use this option, it produces a 10GB file with a lot of numbers that I haven't been able to make much sense of. Having the posterior probabilities could be useful for what I am working on. Could you give me any more information about this option and its output?
