PSMC plot using psmc_plot.pl #19

Hi, Dr Li Heng, I finished running PSMC program, and I want to visualize the result in R, I used psmc_plot.pl with -R option, it produced text file named <>.0.txt, is it the final result for Plot? and What dose each column mean in the file?Thanks. Dong
