pseudo-diploid #36

hello there,

I am using PSMC to analyze an inbred species. there are some papers (rice and Caenorhabditis) that mentioned making a pseudo-diploid genome first. but I am not sure the "right method" to make or construct these "pseudo-diploid" genomes. I would be very grateful if you can offer me some tips or detailed steps.
