wgsim produces low quality reads #21

Hi,

wgsim is great software for simulating reads but it produces low quality reads (with 2222) which gets filtered gatk pieline. But i need to use sed to chnage the quailty scroe. Can you pls fix this issue in your code and release new version for producing good quality score.
