We have fully-phased polyploidy plant genome using the genetics map. It has 4 haplotype totally. We want to use the gentics grouping info as ground truth as trio in the diploidy genome. Can I use the yak trioeval for switch error and hamming error?
hap1 -> father
hap2+hap3+hap4 assembly (HiFi only) -> mother
evaluate the hap1 assembly).
Is it reasonable ? Or the yak trioeval has the assumption of polyploidy?
