Removed empty documentation items as I wasn't able to build the software with these.

I'm not familiar with this documentation software/thing, so maybe this breaks your stuff. Please check the commit before merging!

I had the same issue, deleting the empty items worked for me too.

I've updated the Makefile so that pod2man ignores these errors, making it unnecessary to remove the empty items.
