When Mood =4 have string "You are Flushed With Resources! Erase a Surplus and trigger the move."

When Mood=-4 have string "You have Fallen into Crisis, erase a Need and trigger the move."

Have a free text entry for Doctrine and Lifestyle.

Include a way to Erase Needs and Surplus (if there isn't already).

Include a way to track moves unlocked.
