membership commitee referred wrongly in the text #26

A minor comment on the layout - the membership committee is not holding the election or assembling the member database - in the text, you are refering to the membership committee but direct emails to the admins (which is ok for rechnical parts).

Put here so we don't forget to correct it

I referred to generic admins, probably something better could be found but it is not incorrect
