Update Lesson 24 (Developing LHCb software) #120

Update the lesson with the actual content. I decided on the fly to let them change TupleToolDecayTreeFitter and save the masses as GeV and not MeV.

Will you have time to work on this before the next workshop @saschastahl?

I guess this is at least partly covered by the Ganga with CMake lesson, which adds a branch to a tuple tool.

Do we want to have a lesson which encourages people to contribute to the LHCb software stack? Since we moved to gitlab, things are also much easier and barriers are lower.

Issue #89 is similar; the idea being to have a little project to learn with.
