The new design:

## TERM: The Expanded Real Meaning {#TERM}

Text.

There should be two ##, followed by the definition. If this expands to something, you should add that in the same line after a colon, and then put a {#hyperlink} to just the unexpanded term.

Example:

## DOCA: Distance Of Closest Approach {#DOCA}

This is the definition of DOCA.

Note that pull requests in the old format will still be accepted; this is easy to convert after the fact. This is for future contributions.
