Ganga and DIRAC lessons #27

The PR will eventually contain three lessons:

  1. Managing files with Ganga — Use of LocalFile and DiracFile
  2. Using Ganga Tasks — Chaining LHCb applications and having input/output handled automatically
  3. DIRAC command line tools — Handy dirac-* tools that you should know about

I've pushed 1. for now. The rest will follow ‘eventually’.
