DIRAC CLI tools #28

@ibab said he knew of some handy DIRAC command line tools. It would be good to add a little lesson explaining them in PR #27.

There are very handy tools in the Dirac CLI. However, a lot of the everyday functionality is implemented in Ganga and getting into those things that are not may complicate things a bit too much. On May 19, 2016 00:24, "Alex Pearce" notifications@github.com wrote:
