It now describes how to run Moore and how to find information how to change a trigger line.

Moved most of the original content into the TisTos DIY lesson.

A mention of https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-HLT/trigger-dev might be useful, as new people coming in (at least) might be interested in using pure git.

Good suggestion, I was thinking about that as well. @rmatev do you think it is ready to be shown? I was even considering dedicating some time of the trigger lesson to nightly builds etc.
