Ganga lessons #50

Removed the lesson on using GaudiExec in Ganga (already covered in first steps) and added a lesson on scripting.

Ideally I'd like a lesson on Ganga tasks, but these aren't working as of 6.5.1 😞

Other ideas for things to teach are welcome!
