Does the P value of the control vs. treatment represent the information of the covariates? #10

Hi Liang, I am doing DE test upon 'normal' and 'alzheimer' cells with the correction from other covariates such as age, sex, PMI, library size. Nebula generates p values for all the covariates including the nomal vs. disease (cccontrol in your vignettes), which is the one I am interested in. My question is whether the p value of the 'cccontrol' has already been corrected by the information from other predictors/coviates or if there is any way to extract p value of the two groups comparison with the correction from all the predictors/covariates? Thank you. Best. Zhaohui Man

Yes, it adjusts for the other covariates in your design matrix.

Best regards, Liang
