Does nebula supports mixed effects model on pseudobulk data? #17

Hi,

Thank you for developing this great package. I'm wondering whether it is suitable to run nebula on pseudobulk data derived from scRNA-seq data? Many thanks!

Hi Rui,

Thank you for your question. Currently, nebula provides cell-level analysis using mixed models, and is not used for analyzing pseudobulk data.
