Base for logFC? #8

Hope all is well! Great tool, just one question: I am having trouble figuring out what base the log in the logFC estimate is? I am assuming it is a natural log but want to be sure it isn't log base 2 or anything like that. Sorry if I overlooked this information somewhere!

Yes, it is a natural log in the logFC.
