Multiple comparisons pval? #9

First, thanks for this tool, works like a charm and is (super) fast!

I was wondering if the pvalue thats reported, is uncorrected or follow some multiple comparisons correction (bonferroni or fdr)? Havent seen this information on the vignette nor the tutorial.

Hi Victor,

Thank you for your question. The p-values in the output are raw p-values, that is, uncorrected for multiple comparisons. I'll add this information to the vignette of the next version.
