H jformulation #12

added Problem_h and Problem_j to FDEM.py. Problem_h uses primary-secondary formulation.
broke out calculation of source so that you can do Problem.getSource
added tests on derivs and adjoint for H-J formulation
added Cross-check test to test if e-b formulations give the same result and that h-j formulations give the same result.

Hey @lheagy, added some notes, I might need to talk with you in person about the RHS vs source stuff, I am not entirely clear on the overlap.
