Fix Wind, Neg Temp, Add to readme #19

Fix problems with - F temperatures; Wind check to make sure a good type before reading wind value; Change some readme verbage to hopefully make it plainer

I noticed an issue with mine reporting -40 °F (when its 68 °F outside) today. Hoping this fixes it!! Thank you!

Hi there, First of all, thank you for this amazing tool.

I am also experiencing some false wind readings (spikes), let me say about one every week. So if it is possible, a fix/check would be appreciated.
