Crosswalk for the US should be part of the package. It is not a heavy file. In the future more countries could be added to the package.

In the vignette, the crosswalk is merged with the population dataset to have the possibility of population-weighted exposure metrics. This merge can also be done by us and the final, nicely looking data set with only the variables of interest can be put in the package.
