Deciding on the package name #51

@lhenneman did you consider other package names? I am a dyslexic non-native english speaker and it was very hard for me to learn the package name at first. I was thinking of calling it "disper" or something like that. Anyway, you created it so you know better which name will suit the package and its purpose.

I do like dispersR. disperseR seems good too, maybe a slight preference to keeping the real spelling of disperse to stay more true to a word people know.

Question on this - if we change the package name, will the existing URL to hyspdisp on github bring people to to the newly named package?
