Highlight "Growing Together" books in dashboard #14

@Salomito told me we should highlight these books and tell the users that they perfer them in their work.

  1. How does the frontend know which books that are?
  2. What message do we write exactly?

Who is Salomito? I would say we hardcode a list of titles or IDs in the frontend (maybe in some config file). That should do for the beginning. If the issue will get more complex we find another solution.

Sounds good. Let's use the abbreviations because they stay the same over our different environments. They are:

AA CHS COL CCH CS DA GC MH PP PK SC SR

Here's the text for the dashboard:

The strategic decision of the Ellen G. White Estate board for this quinquennium is to focus on the translation of 12 selected books into 55 languages (the "Growing together" initiative). Please help us to make this plan reality and focus your contributions on these books which are highlighted below. Thank you!

I suggest to hard code this introduction just as the books.
