Mismanagement of missing packages #4

It seems that the server subprocesses crash without any signal if they try to load unavailable packages.

In 587cd3b768a4bf06ec85a97ea19f4cb3e53448d4 I solved the problem partially. However, I will keep the issue open, the answer message returned to the user is not very informative (it says that the called function is missing).
