Unable to test the model successfully #1

I change the file path of the pretrained model as the documents guided, and run ‘sh demo.sh’，but it turns out that in the code there lies a problem with the len(d), it seems like that the value of len(d) would be zero when I run the main.py to test the HCNT model. Could you plz give me a response?
