Better favicon.ico parsing #8

favicon.ico parsing is currently naive and probably needs to be better:

prefer loading link rel="icon" if available (need to parse PNGs)
Make sure we can parse png favicon.ico's and multi-resolution icons

In order to do this we will need to require pillow...
