add allc merging method from grouping with multiple categories
the grouping file is in csv format with the first column as allcpath and different group the others. NAN indecates an allc is not used in certain group.
the grouping file needs a header.
example: path,cateA,cateB ...,A1,B2 ...,A2, ...,,B1
