Right now, the power distribution board flexes very easily. We want to recreate this with thicker plexiglass on the PCB so that it flexes less.
Requirements:
The current design can be reused, but it would be good to take another look at it (just in case).
We want thick copper on this, since it will be carrying high current. I think that the board that we have currently uses 2oz. copper. This would be good to verify.
We want the board to be rigid. I'm not sure how standard the procedure of reducing the width of the substrate on higher-weight copper is, but it is critical that we get a substrate that is less flexible than what we currently have.
