Manufacture lighting boards. #23

Our car requires external lighting for:

Turn signals
Running lights
Backup lights
Headlights

We are planning on using thin PCBs sealed with clear epoxy for weather resistance. The following items need to be addressed.

Do we have enough of these boards, and are they of the right color?
- If not, we need to manufacture more.
- If so, we need to ensure we will be able to address all of these properly.

@dimembermatt has previously worked on this project. @JimothyGreene's team is responsible for interfacing with the LEDs.
