Design a board to sniff the CAN bus and relay the information to the computer that it is connected to. This should:

Be powered off the 5V USB power lines.
Sniff the CAN bus and relay messages via UART to the computer.

Niceties:

It would be nice to be able to program the board from the same connection that is used to communicate with the computer.
Keep the form-factor slim.
Include the potential for a case in the future.
