Forgot to use sudo, so arm toolchain failed to actually install. I've tested it and I'm pretty sure it works now.

7/3/23: Adding doxygen, breathe, and more installation stuff here too. #21

Tbh, I can't really review this cuz bash mad disgusting. If you ran everything and it worked, then I think it's fine.
