Currently, our folder structure is:

BSP/
- STM32L431/
  - STM32L4xx_HAL_Driver/
- STM32F413/
  - STM32F4xx_HAL_Driver/

which doesn't make sense if we want to add more chips also from the L4 or F4 series like an STM32L412, which will turn our file structure into

BSP/
- STM32L431/
  - STM32L4xx_HAL_Driver/
- STM32L412/
  - STM32L4xx_HAL_Driver/
- STM32F413/
  - STM32F4xx_HAL_Driver/

Instead, our folder structure should be

BSP/
- STM32L4/
  - STM32L4xx_HAL_Driver/
- STM32F4/
  - STM32F4xx_HAL_Driver/
