number of answers is calculated incorectly if there are deleted answers #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. find some Q with answers
2. delete one answer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

count of answers should decrease by 1 and it stays the same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

beta2, english
