Ability to add new quizzes as well as edit existing quizzes.

Subtask for #1

Change the module json to fit the data requirements.

Modify the associated code to use the json.

Covers the following requirements:

• The system will support quizzes comprised of a series of multiple choice questions
• Quizzes will be linked to below the videos in the relevant topic within the phase of the module that contains it, e.g. within Ruby in Fundamentals
• The system will support multiple quizzes within a single topic

Requires documentation for admin to use

• Come up with schema for questions and answers in the JSON file
• Code to take questions and answers from the parsed JSON and store in data structure, categorised correctly
• Link from flippd page to the page with the corresponding quiz
