Hi, ported code to python 3, now working with my version of sublime 3.

@BoundInCode Please merge this (If it works), because I am really missing this feature in Sublime Text 3 at the moment.

I've tested this branch and completions work but image dimensions are broken. I'm looking to fix that and make some improvements based on some other requests.
