Allow for setting to disable "create new daily note" while still allowing for "create new weekly note". #345

I personally do not wish to add a daily note under any circumstance with the calendar, but I do want to add a weekly note at the end of each week. Please allow for a toggle in settings to allow for "create new note" on click to be disabled for days of the week if desired.
