Bug: Can't drag and drop in the outline pane #24

Hello and thank you for a great plugin i love! Unfortunately, I discovered today that the plugin somehow interferes with the outline pane, so that it is impossible to drag and drop in order to rearrange a note.

Good catch, I can reproduce. Will look into a fix.
