Feature Request: Add setting to overwrite locale #208

Suggestion

Add a dropdown selection to the settings for the user to select the locale to use for all the date formatting. This will overwrite the Obsidian and operating system settings, as someone might want to have their language to be different from the name formatting.

Thanks for your work on these amazing plugins. They help a lot!
