Carriage returns doubled on input #171

When running on Linux (or when running bash inside Aminal on Windows), when the user presses Enter key, the program behaves as if the key is pressed twice. There is no such an effect when running 'cmd.exe on Windows.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior on Linux:

  1. Run Aminal
  2. SSH to a Linux box
  3. Press Enter key on the bash prompt
  4. See that excessive bash prompt displayed

Expected behavior Pressing Enter key should be processed only once.
