Cookie banner not blocked on comune.napoli.it #394

The div id (at least on http://www.comune.napoli.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/EN/IDPagina/4700/UT, where I saw the banner) is "eu-privacy."

This is fixed in Fanboy's Cookiemonster List, which looks like it's being more actively maintained at the moment. Issue reporting for that list is at https://github.com/ryanbr/fanboy-adblock/issues.
