6 years ago This is fixed in Fanboy's Cookiemonster List, which looks like it's being more actively maintained at the moment. Issue reporting for that list is at https://github.com/ryanbr/fanboy-adblock/issues.
Div class is
cc-window cc-banner cc-type-info cc-theme-classic cc-bottom cc-color-override-843780106. That number at the end was the same on a few different pages that I checked. The div also has an aria-label:cookieconsent.
