Add CONTRIBUTING.md with snapshot test documentation #27

This change resolves issue #24 by adding CONTRIBUTING.md which includes documentation on snapshot testing.

Hi @liamnichols, thanks for the feedback. I'm appreciative of the guidance :) I've moved CONTRIBUTING.md to the project root, made the requested changes on "expected diffs" and pushed the commit to this PR. Please let me know if there's anything else needed on this PR. Also, if/when other issues arise please free to let me know. I'm trying to build up my experience collaborating on open source Swift projects, and this is a cool one!
