Mark dirty from dashboard

Allow user to mark any recommended items as worn/dirty so they are not recommended until the next laundry day

Bug fixes

Weather from geolocation was not set in session so recommendations were not updating correctly
Closet page ordering set to be by type instead of none; provides consistent & expectable behavior

closes #187
