Hello, I would like to project my phylogeny on a map reprensenting europe. So far I have managed by using phylo.to.map(..., database="worldHires", regions=list_of_all_european_countries), the list of countries being a custom list that I typed myself. The problem is that the worldHire package is pretty old and the maps are still representing URSS, Yugoslavia etc... I was wondering if there was a way to use phyto.to.map but with up to date maps. Thank you in advance Chloé

It would be helpful if it were possible to use whatever map you wanted within the function. I have detailed genomic data collected within a single city, and would like to use a detailed map of the city (rather than the national boundaries available in 'worldHires').
