make.simmap() should be explict about requirement of named vector of tip states #8

The make.simmap() function will fail if the vector of tip states does not have names, but the function does not check for this and thus does not return a meaningful error message. It would be helpful if it did.

I have now updated the documentation of make.simmap to clarify this.
