Feature Request: FitzJohn et al. (2009) root prior in make.simmap #99

Not an "issue", but just wondering if it would be possible to add the FitzJohn et al. (2009) root prior (implemented in fitMk) to the make.simmap function (or if there is a tacky workaround you can suggest)? Thx either way for all of your great work developing phytools!

I had already done that but not pushed it to the repository. Now I have so if you install from GitHub you should see it. To use the feature set pi="fitzjohn". Let me know if you run into any problems.
