Thank you for a great tool,

I would like to use Mapcell and I wondered how I can build a trained model and prepare that data as the example provided to generate gene_names, model_sel, refCells_sel and metaCells_sel. The data that I want to reference is provided as a count matrix and metadata or Seurat object. how can I generate the required files.
