今天(2012-08-24)GAE上搭建的APJP不能访问twitter #89

今天奇怪了所有在GAE上搭建的代理都无法访问twitter。。。包�
��goagent、wallproxy-plugins、snova和apjp。。。。
但是用其他平台搭建的可以。。。。
为啥？Google怎么了。

twitter开始封GAE的ip了，不止APJP，别的一些基于GAE的工具都无�
��上推了，你可以用别的平台的固定IP模式去试试。

@jvansteirteghem It seems this issue caused by Twitter itself.
So what we can do now is hoping Twitter group solve this problem as soon as 
they can.
I guess this problem is highly associated with Twitter's new api restrictions. 
:(
